Service

With the best available Service Team, we have dedicated personal to inspect, troubleshoot and provide Service to all Instruments supplied through Sagix Solutions India. The Service team comprises of well trained and experienced personal to carry out in-house and on the site Servicing of the instrument which is performed according to standardized test routines.

Installation & Qualification

Followed by complete verification of the Consignment, Commissioning and Installation is carried out by our dedicated Service Team. The operating procedures, and safety precaution will be explained which will ensure smooth functioning and operation. The Team will also provide the qualification documentations like IQ/OQ/PQ after installation.

AMC Services

Sagix solutions India undertakes Preventive Maintenance for the smooth functioning of the instrument during its service time by providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) which ensures to maintain good working condition of the Instruments and thereby reduce the down-time and also help in improving the life to the Instruments.

Calibration Services

Sagix solutions India recommends annual Calibration & Certification Service for the laboratory instruments to ensure optimum operating conditions. The calibrations can be performed on-site or in-house based on the case and conditions of the instrument. The calibrations come with the certification with standards which are traceable to the NABL.
